All Vacant Home Staging Packages begin with an in-home Initial Walkthrough. During this visit, we evaluate each room, take measurements, assess furniture and accessory needs, and recommend updates or repairs that will help increase value. After the walkthrough, we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining staging and rental costs tailored specifically to your property. Once the proposal is approved and the agreement signed, we handle the rest—so you can relax while we get to work.

HOME STAGING CONSULTATIONS ONLY

Our Home Staging Consultations are ideal for homeowners who will be living in their home while it’s on the market, as well as for DIY enthusiasts who want expert guidance. The goal is simple: to create a space that highlights your home’s best features, minimizes distractions, and appeals to the widest pool of buyers.

During this 90-minute to 2-hour verbal “Walk & Talk” consultation, we’ll go room by room, addressing key areas such as:

-Enhancing curb appeal

-Improving room flow and functionality

-Reducing clutter and editing furniture pieces

-Closet organization strategies

-Identifying deferred maintenance items

-Paint color suggestions (if needed)

-Lighting improvements

-Shopping list recommendations to elevate your home’s staged look

Flat Fee: $275
Your consultation includes:

Professional guidance from an HSR Certified Home Stager

Showing instructions & open house checklist

Vendor referrals & trusted recommendations

Optional Add-On: A detailed written report summarizing everything discussed can be provided within 48 hours for an additional $100.

Note: Homes over 3,500 sq. ft. typically require more time and will be charged a flat fee of $399

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING

If you’re feeling overwhelmed after our Walk & Talk Consultation and would like some support with putting the recommendations into action, we’ve got you covered.

During the consultation, we’ll identify the styling package that best fits your home. We’ll take inventory of your existing furniture and accessories, then determine if any additional décor pieces are needed to complete the look. On staging day, we’ll thoughtfully arrange your furnishings and décor to highlight your home’s strengths and create a buyer-friendly space that resonates with today’s market.

For homes that need a little extra, we also provide accessory rentals. Our team can curate a customized rental package tailored to your property, with simple and flexible rental terms.

We have 2 occupied home staging packages:

1. Glow Staging Package

This service is designed for homeowners who are ready to roll up their sleeves and bring the staging plan from our Walk & Talk consultation to life. Together, we’ll focus on the main living areas and make impactful changes right away—using what you already own. You’ll be amazed at the transformation just a few hours can make!

This package includes up to 4 hours in-home staging plus 2 hours of planning and prep time and covers:

Kitchen staging and organization strategies

Main living area styling with emotional connection points

Main bathroom refresh and styling

Additional key living areas, if time allows, to ensure your home is truly show-ready

You’ll end the session with beautiful “after” photos of your staged rooms—perfect for marketing your home.

This service is also highly recommended just before professional MLS photos, as we style each space for maximum visual impact and buyer appeal.



2. Ultra-Glow Staging Package

Designed for a larger home that needs more than just a few hours of staging. This service is intended to give us the extra time needed to fully implement your detailed staging plan and ensure every space looks its best. Together, we’ll transform your home into a picture-perfect showcase ready to impress buyers.

This package includes up to 7 hours of in-home staging plus 2+ hours of planning and prep time and covers:

-Kitchen staging and organizational strategies

-Main living area styling with emotional connection points

-Master bedroom and bathroom, plus main bathroom styling

-Additional key living areas (time permitting) for a truly show-ready home

By the end of this service, your home will be beautifully staged, market-ready, and prepared for stunning listing photos.

3. Accessory Rental Package

Need a little extra flair? We can add in artwork and accessories with a customized package that ties everything together and gives your home that polished, buyer-ready look.
